ORDERING INFORMATION

For fast and accurate service please specify a complete description of each item, specifying a catalog number and size, when applicable, and accompany your order with clear and definite shipping instructions.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Statistical and descriptive information contained herein pertaining to speeds,strengths, proper working loads, recommendations, etc. are supplied by the various manufactures, and are general statements and data. The materials sold by us are as represented and covered only by the manufactures' guarantee.This guarantee is limited to the extent of replacing materials found to be defective. We assume no liability for labor, injury to persons, damage or other costs.

SHIPMENT AND INSPECTION

Please check merchandise immediately upon receipt and report any error or damage at once. Any claims must be reported in 7 days after receipt of merchandise. When specific shipping instructions are not given, we will use our judgment to determine the most satisfactory routing.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery over $99 is limited to Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo within a 50 Mile radius along I-25.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MERCHANDISE

It is our policy to represent only top line manufactures who supply quality merchandise and dependable products. Nevertheless, some products may occasionally prove to be defective. If a defect is discovered please let us know immediately and we will do our best to help you solve the. problem. However, in conformity with business practices, we limit our liability to the defective material only. Under no circumstances can we allow claims for consequential damages, or for labor, repairs or other expenses.

RETURN GOODS

No merchandise can be accepted for return without prior written approval of our office. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure that the merchandise returned is in unused condition, and is in the same container or package as originally received. All returns are subject to factory inspection and acceptance. We reserve the right to impose a nominal handling charge on orders filled correctly by us.

 

Return Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective 06/01/2008

Returns must be made within 60 days from date of shipment. Exceptions must be approved with customer service before returning.

Returns must have an RGA# (Shop Tools invoice#) a copy of the packing list / invoice, or customer return paper work, along with a reason for the return. Please have your replacement PO if applicable on the return paperwork. All returns submitted must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original manufacturers packaging.

All returns are subject to a re-stock charge unless the item(s) has been determined to be defective, or miss-shipped, there will be no restock charge, and freight charges will then be credited.

A container that has been partially used and has been sent back to Shop Tools, Inc, will only be credited the unused portion, providing that the remaining contents are in re-sellable condition. Any tool that is not is resellable condition, or for any reason has been “Rejected” by the manufacturer will be returned to the customer at their expense along with freight charges.

All “Special Make” items are NON-RETURNABLE, unless the item was made wrong, or “not to print” by the manufacturer. Shop Tools will then have the item sent back to the manufacturer to have the tool corrected at no additional charge to the customer.

Precision measuring tools, or any “calibrated” items must be returned within 15 days and are still subject to manufacturers restock charge if applicable. Any tool that has been “marked” by the end user is not returnable. Any manufacturers defects must be reported within the 30-day period of shipment.
